Hawkins Stainless Steel Tri-ply Deep-Kadhai (Deep-Fry Pan) is ideal for sautéing and stir-frying using minimal quantities of oil. It can also be used for cooking gravies, curries and sauces. The toughened Glass Lid is made of heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and stay-cool knob. It stops spatter of hot liquids. You can judge the food as it is being made without lifting the lid. The box consists Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Deep Kadhai with Rosewood Handles, 4 Litre, with a Glass Lid (SSK40G), a wooden spatula, a scrubber, Guarantee Card and Instruction Manual. It is a well-designed Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Kadhai. It retains the advantages of cooking on stainless steel surfaces while eliminating the disadvantages of sticking and burning that come with normal stainless steel. It is made of three layers. The cooking surface is made of AISI 304, 18/8 food grade stainless steel that is extremely hygienic, durable and non-reactive to most foods. It does not pit or corrode.
