The same technology is used by Futura to make Hard Anodised Cookware. The Hard Anodised surface is harder than steel with wonderful properties for cooking.	4.06 mm extra thick heavy gauge The 4.06 mm extra thick base and sides of the Deep-Fry Pan spreads heat evenly and retains heat well. The curved sides makes it ideal for deep-frying and stir-frying. Food tends to not burn or stick on the hard anodised extra thick base.
